have established this website (http://LBHIrmbssettlement.com), in their respective capacities as trustees, separate trustees and/or successor trustees (collectively, the "RMBS Trustees" and each, an "RMBS Trustee") of the residential mortgage-backed securitization trusts identified by CUSIP numbers hereon at the tabs entitled "List of Trusts with Covered Loans" hereon (collectively, the "Covered RMBS Trusts" and each a "Covered RMBS Trust") and "List of Trusts with Transferor Loans" (collectively, the "Transferor RMBS Trusts" and each a "Transferor RMBS Trust" and together with the Covered RMBS Trusts, the "Trusts"), to provide to holders of certificates, notes or other securities representing interests in the Trusts (the "Certificateholders"), and to other persons potentially interested in the Trusts, public access to information of interest concerning two settlement offers made by the LBHI Debtors to the RMBS Trustees. The two settlement offers are the "Proposed Covered Loan Settlement" and the "Proposed Transferor Loan Settlement" (collectively, the "Proposed Settlement Agreements"), each as described in greater detail below and in the various notices to Certificateholders posted hereon.

The Proposed Settlement Agreements could materially affect the interests of Certificateholders of the Trusts. Certificateholders and other persons potentially interested in the Trusts should therefore read carefully all notices, documents and other information posted hereon in consultation with their legal and financial advisors.

Covered Loan Proposed Settlement Agreement

A group of fourteen (14) institutional investors (the "Institutional Investors") submitted to the RMBS Trustees a settlement offer from the LBHI Debtors in the form of an RMBS Trust Settlement Agreement (the "Proposed Covered Loan Settlement Agreement"), dated as of November 30, 2016, and modified as of March 17, 2017, concerning certain Claims (as defined in the Proposed Covered Loan Settlement Agreement) of the Covered RMBS Trusts.

The letter from the Institutional Investors to the RMBS Trustees about the Settlement Offer is also posted at the tab entitled "Covered Loan Settlement Agreement and Certain Relevant Documents" hereon.

Transferor Loan Proposed Settlement Agreement

On September 5, 2017, the LBHI Debtors submitted to the RMBS Trustees a settlement offer in the form of a Settlement Agreement (the "Proposed Transferor Loan Settlement Agreement"), dated September 5, 2017, concerning certain Claims (as defined in the Proposed Transferor Loan Settlement Agreement) of the Transferor RMBS Trusts.
